Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first item under “Consho”: what is open, figures and notes – per shop.

• Figures: orders and gross order value without cancellations, for today, 7 days and the month.
• Open points: payments (of which overdue), deliveries, withdrawals and refunds with a deadline, Paid too much (cancelled and paid, or overpaid orders), open complaints. A click opens the matching, filtered list.
• Tax report: the state of the delivery threshold for this and the previous year – orange from 90 %, red from 100 % – with the link to the quarterly export.
• Setup: if a shop does not sell yet, it says so here with “Continue setup”.
• Reorder: articles below the reorder level – across shops, because the stock belongs to all of them.

At the top right two boxes count the warnings and notes from the configuration. A click shows the list with the way to fix them. Notes you can mark as “Noted”, warnings not – they only disappear once the cause is fixed. What blocks the checkout is shown on the setup page.

Everyone sees only what they may edit: a card appears if the user may open the target module, a finding if they may open the module in which it is fixed. Administrators see everything.
