From the basket to the order button: basket and checkout are content elements – you place them on pages of their own and decide in how many steps the checkout runs.
What the core provides
- Basket and mini basket: the mini basket also on cached pages
- The checkout and its steps: 1 to 4 steps, order button rules, consent to the terms, withdrawal instructions; legal texts are frozen with a checksum at the purchase
- Guest or customer account: order without an account or with a customer account
- Reverse charge and VAT ID check: VAT ID check via VIES
- Age verification: through verified customer groups
