• Orders in the back end: resend confirmation, report as shipped, move payment term
• Documents and number ranges: documents per event – invoice, invoice correction, cancellation, delivery note – as PDF and HTML, the invoice with a Giro-Code
• The order page: by link, without login
• Withdrawals and complaints: withdrawals with refund deadline, complaints
• Customer account: with “My orders”
