Stock and purchasing
Consho counts an article's stock when you switch it on at the product – otherwise it stays available without limit. There is one stock for all shops, and every change ends up in the movement log.
At the product
At the main product, for all variants:

Per article – that is, per variant – you enter the Stock and optionally Available again from. Only the difference to the state when the mask was opened is booked, so a sale in the meantime is not lost.
Stock and purchasing
Under Consho → Stock you find all articles with limited stock: stock, on order, state, notifications, supplier – and per article its movements.
- Purchase puts together a purchase list from the reorder level: ticked is what is at or below the reorder level; suggested is target stock minus stock minus already on order, rounded up to whole pack sizes.
- You hand out the list as clipboard, print view or CSV. With that it is saved, and the articles count as on order.
- Under Purchase lists you book what was delivered with Receipt. “Rest not deliverable” closes a line; the article appears in the next purchase again.
When stock is booked
- On the buy click, in the same transaction as the order – never below zero. Nothing is reserved in the basket; if the stock is no longer enough, nothing is ordered and the customer adjusts the quantity.
- On cancellation back exactly once.
- On a withdrawal with a return through “Back into stock” per item – ticked by default, untick it for damaged goods.
Sold-out articles keep their page and their place in the sitemap; only the buy button is missing. An hourly cron keeps the sold-out list up to date, consho:sold-out:verify checks it by hand.
Finding
Stock low or gone (warning): reorder and book the receipt. The shop keeps selling.
