What Consho is (and isn't)
Consho is a shop system that integrates fully into the Contao CMS.
You manage products, orders and customers in Contao's own forms, the catalogue sits in the site structure, images come from the file manager. Every change gets a version, deleted items go to the recycle bin. Just the way you are used to from Contao.
The Contao content management system stands out for its many features and its security. Above all, it is pleasant and easy to work with, for developers and editors alike. More about Contao at contao.org.
Several shops, one installation
Every start point in the site structure can carry a shop of its own, with its own currency and language. Consho carries Contao's multi-domain principle further.
Built for the EU
Withdrawal function, tax in the country of destination (OSS), e-invoicing, a complete paper trail: what a shop in the EU has to handle today is in the core.
What Consho isn't
- Not a provider of legal texts. Consho provides what is technically needed – fields, checks, freezing the texts at the purchase. Terms and conditions, withdrawal instructions and privacy policy are your responsibility.
- Not tax advice. You enter the tax rates; Consho calculates with what you store.
- Not 1.0 yet. Consho is fully usable, but until 1.0 interfaces and data model may change between minor versions. Read the changelog before every update.
Free and extensible
The core is MIT licensed; what is in it once stays in it. Paid bundles such as Connect come in when you need them.
